Open Bead Night Continues!

March 3rd, 2020 – 6-9pm at Hot Shop Glass!  Just one block north & one block west of the old Funky’s — at 239 Wisconsin Ave.  This is our sister business, for the past 15 years!  We’ve moved Funky’s classroom to the backroom at Hot Shop!  Bring your bead projects and enjoy this monthly tradition….we’ve hosted this monthly gather to a cast of changing characters for 22 years!  FREE & no reservations required!  Need some beads?  We are unpacking the loot from the store so you can check it out up stairs!

 Parking is super easy & convenient….but pay attention:  Enter the Shoop parking ramp from State Street almost at Main St.  Take a ticket (It’s just $1  to enter/exit after 5:30, you pay with cash or card at departure) and head up to the right.  Hot Shop Glass is the building right next to the ramp.  Enter in our front or back entrance!  Bring a treat to share if you’d like. We’ll order some pizza and have a full size fridge and freezer if you need it.

For the past 20+ years, we’ve hosted Open Bead Night on the first Tuesday of every month. We’re not stopping now!  As we take time to plan for the next chapter, we’re excited to continue this tradition in various fun places around town. August 6, 2019 – 6-9pm at Divino Gelato Cafe!  Just north of Funky’s — 245 Main Street.  It’s a great ice cream and coffee shop in the old Racine Hotel.  We’ll meet in the upper deck.   Bring your bead light, latest project and join us!
