You may have provided us with information, which could include personal information such as your address, social security number, assets and/or income: (i) in a Subscription Agreement and related documents and/or (ii) in correspondence and conversations with Funky Hannah’s.

We do not disclose personal information about our investors, prospective investors or former investors to anyone, other than our affiliates, attorneys, auditors, brokers, regulators and as required by applicable laws and only as necessary to facilitate the acceptance of your investment and management of the funds that Funky Hannah’s manages. We will also release information about you if you direct us to do so, if we are compelled to do so by law, or in connection with any government or self-regulatory organization request or investigation.

We may also disclose information you provide to us to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf, such as Funky Hannah’s placement agent. If such a disclosure is made, Funky Hannah’s will require such third parties to treat your personal information with confidentiality.

BY DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO Funky Hannah’s, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BY CARVAL IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THIS PRIVACY NOTICE.

We seek to carefully safeguard your personal information and, to that end, we restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees and other persons who need to know the information to enable Funky Hannah’s to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public personal information. Funky Hannah’s will use reasonable best efforts to ensure your information is treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
